Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Compliance Reporting Analyst to support a government customer on FISA compliance, overseeing lawful access, querying, retention, purging, and protection of U.S. person information.

Role emphasizes translating legal/policy requirements into operational controls and reporting on findings. Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 8–12 years of relevant experience (or 6–10 with a master’s), and ability to work full-time on-site in a government facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or a master's with 6–10 years; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Experience supporting FISA or SIGINT compliance, intelligence oversight, policy implementation, or related mission functions.
• Knowledge of FISA compliance requirements including targeting, minimization, querying, and retention of U.S. person information.
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits, incident reporting, and translating laws into controls.
• Experience using compliance tracking systems and creating reports and briefings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; ability to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute FISA compliance activities per laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide compliance guidance on lawful access, querying, retention, dissemination, and purging of information.
• Review FISA collection requests and dissemination products for legal and policy compliance.
• Prepare for and support internal and external compliance reviews and audits.
• Identify, investigate, document, and report compliance incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Develop compliance documentation, SOPs, user guidance, and training.
