• Reproduce and troubleshoot issues from production or field environments.
• Python scripting for automation and log analysis.
• Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu environments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
