Woven by Toyota is building a state-of-the-art automotive software and hardware platform focused on precision test equipment and verification environments. The role centers on SystemVerilog HDL design and FPGA-related decisions to enable scalable vehicle software development.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HDL development, C/C++ software experience, and familiarity with automotive protocols and time synchronization, contributing to robotics and automotive hardware-software integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
• 5+ years developing SystemVerilog HDL.
• Proficient in C/C++ software development.
• Experience with automotive protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SERDES) and time synchronization.
• Experience building hardware and embedded software for robotics or automotive domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SystemVerilog HDL for automotive test equipment.
• Contribute to hardware design decisions involving FPGA implementations.
• Develop drivers, libraries, and reference applications for interacting with test equipment.
• Develop and execute qualification tests to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Develop user guides and other documentation related to test equipment implementations.
