Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of firmware, software, or embedded systems development.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
• Proven experience debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing of both new and legacy systems.
• Strong programming skills with problem diagnosis and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain firmware and software applications.
• Fine-tune and improve complex software implementations.
• Gather and analyze system requirements, document specs, and develop software solutions.
• Analyze and review enhancement requests and technical specifications.
• Implement system software and customize solutions per project needs.
• Prepare detailed software specs, test plans, and test cases.
• Develop new code and create test data for validation.
• Modify and enhance existing programs and perform unit testing.
• Create migration packages for testing and implementation.
• Conduct QA reviews and support validation efforts.
• Perform post-implementation testing and troubleshoot bugs.
