Job description
Own and evolve the compliance posture of Tyler’s D&I cloud platform, focusing on sustaining and strengthening our FedRAMP Moderate Authorization to Operate (ATO) in a changing regulatory environment.
Design, build, and enhance innovative software solutions. Collaborate with engineers, architects, business analysts, and product stakeholders to create scalable, high‑quality applications while continuously improving technical expertise and development practices.
Provide basic‑level payment processing software support for Tyler clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues through data analysis, functionality troubleshooting, and effective communication.
Prepare and negotiate Tyler’s standard SaaS contracts and vendor agreements. Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and support the legal team across business units.
Build and run services and infrastructure that power the Transportation product line. Focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliable deployment practices.
Develop scalable solutions using .NET, Angular, HTML5, SQL, and AWS. Empower clients and support mission‑critical outcomes through full stack development.
Build strong, value‑driven partnerships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and success by driving product adoption and improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Resolve easy‑to‑moderate client software issues through data analysis, troubleshooting, and coordinated testing, ensuring timely support for Tyler clients.
Inspect residential or commercial/industrial properties to verify accurate property records. Collect detailed data, identify building features, and ensure previous data accuracy.
Maintain customer relationships and provide clerical support for collections, assisting clients and staff to achieve timely collections goals.
Own the collections portion of the business, achieving corporate collection goals and providing accurate information to management across divisions.
Streamline the development experience by providing guidance, addressing challenges, and supporting engineering teams working with departmental architecture stacks.
Design, develop, and support high‑performance web‑based applications using a low‑code platform for government clients, writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating across teams.
Guide clients through deployment and optimization of specialized software products, conduct professional consultations, and facilitate knowledge transfer via on‑site or webinars.
Develop scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions to enable data‑driven marketing operations, focusing on integration, transformation, and dashboard development.
Produce high‑quality, competitive proposal content, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams throughout the proposal process.
Focus on spatial analysis, mapping, and network analysis, collaborating in Agile teams to deliver complex business solutions using modern development technologies.
Design and implement tooling solutions to solve challenges across on‑premise and cloud platforms, influencing technical direction and scaling cloud infrastructure.

Build automation and tools to streamline customer migrations, bring cloud expertise, and design, implement, and support cloud requirements.
Oversee execution of cross‑functional IT initiatives supporting financial systems, enterprise applications, and business process modernization.
Drive business growth by defining go‑to‑market strategies, market assessment, competitive positioning, and value propositions for software solutions.
Lead a high‑performing support organization, driving customer‑centric operations, proactive issue prevention, and continuous improvement for the Transportation product suite.
Mentor engineers, influence product quality, and guide platform evolution, ensuring engineering excellence across projects.
Champion quality for cloud‑native applications, embedding automation, CI/CD, and test practices in Agile/Scrum teams.
PMP‑certified leader overseeing complex, multi‑stakeholder DMV projects, ensuring coordination between product teams, state agencies, and internal units.
Own architectural direction, evaluate trade‑offs, mentor engineers, and improve product quality and reliability.
Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to guide contract structuring, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and drive optimal business outcomes.
