Particle Measuring Systems in Niwot, Colorado, is seeking a Staff Firmware Engineer to contribute as a senior technical contributor within R&D. You will develop embedded firmware for our advanced instruments across the full product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust firmware solutions.

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS.
- Ten+ years embedded firmware development experience.
- Ten+ years as a technical lead or similar.
- Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Agile Scrum firmware work items across interfaces and particle counting code.
- Drive requirements discovery and prioritize needs; produce design docs.
- Manage and prioritize complex user stories with stakeholders.
- Architect complex reusable solutions in C++ or Rust.
- Improve firmware development processes and tools for quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
