Job summary

DeepRec.ai is seeking a Firmware or Board Support Engineer to develop low-level software for chips, modules, or edge devices in San Francisco. You will bring up boards/SoCs, implement firmware features, and write device drivers for embedded platforms.

The role involves working with silicon and hardware teams, and supporting embedded Linux or RTOS on reference hardware to ensure smooth product integration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C/C++ at the firmware/board level.
• Experience with bring-up of new boards or SoCs (e.g., bootloaders, BSP).
• Ability to develop and debug device drivers for embedded platforms.
• Experience with embedded Linux or RTOS environments.
• Strong debugging skills across hardware and software layers.
