Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional embedded software experience.
• 10+ years in low-level C/C++ for resource-constrained hardware.
• 8+ years RTOS in bare-metal and RTOS environments (VxWorks, FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.).
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M/R, BSPs, and device drivers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture and firmware for multi-core microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-R and Cortex-M).
• Collaborate with ASIC, DSP, Optical, and Hardware engineers to co-design interfaces.
• Architect robust firmware with BSPs, drivers, and real-time state machines on bare-metal and RTOS.
• Set firmware engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Provide technical direction to scale the software team and presence.
