The Senior Fires and Effects Subject Matter Expert provides expert‑level leadership, analysis, and operational support across the full spectrum of joint fires, effects integration, and multi‑domain operational planning. This role supports senior leaders, Combatant Commands, and mission‑partner organizations by delivering authoritative fires expertise, rigorous analytical products, and high‑impact operational assessments. You will lead planning, execution, sustainment, and training activities that ensure Fires/Effects processes remain precise, interoperable, and aligned with evolving operational requirements.
