Job summary

AllState Sprinkler, LLC, based in the Bronx, NY, is seeking a Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician to service, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems for established customers on a scheduled basis and for on-call rotation. The role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 70 lbs, and compliance with NFPA codes.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pursue NICET certification.

Qualifications

• Two or more years inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required (three years driving experience).

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls, onsite troubleshooting and repairs of fire sprinkler systems.
• Interpret and apply NFPA 25 during testing and inspections.
• Be willing to obtain NICET certification in Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems.
• Perform fire pump flow tests when needed.
• Prepare accurate service tickets and reports.
• Explain work and needed repairs to customers.
