Job summary

AllState Sprinkler, LLC in Bronx, NY, seeks a Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician to service, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems for established customers on a scheduled basis and to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include service calls, NFPA 25 interpretation, NICET certification progression, and detailed ticketing. Strong driving record and NFPA knowledge required; on-site work with ladders and lifts, occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• A current valid driver's license with 3 or less points.
• Three years of licensed driving experience.
• Two or more years inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systems.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes.
• Must be comfortable working on ladders 6 to 12 ft and on lifts.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs, overhead and in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Service Calls, onsite troubleshooting and repairs of fire sprinkler systems.
• Interpret and apply NFPA 25 during testing and inspections.
• Be willing to become NICET certified in Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems.
• Perform Fire Pump Flow Tests (preferred).
• Prepare accurate, detailed service tickets and reports.
• Explain work and repairs to customers.
