Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15–18 years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering and project management.
• Fire Protection Professional Engineering Licensure.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NFPA, NEC, NESC, UL, UFC and UFGS.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of complex fire protection projects.
• Serve as primary client interface and maintain relationships.
• Manage all project phases: scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership in design, code compliance, and risk analysis.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and staff.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events.
