Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Estimator to prepare complete bids for assigned projects. You will leverage 5+ years of large fire protection experience and 1-2+ years in estimating/pre-construction to build accurate takeoffs and price subcontracts.

You will collaborate with in-house trades, review plans for compliance with NFPA standards, and use hydraulic calculation tools to support budgets, schedules, and manpower projections.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in large fire protection construction projects.
• 1-2+ years' estimating/pre-construction experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes (13, 14, 20, 24) and fire protection hydraulics.
• Ability to lay out fire protection systems and write clear estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Review documents and bid instructions to prepare complete estimates.
• Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotes to cover all scopes.
• Assist in bid strategy development and pre-bid meetings.
• Enter estimates into job cost control systems and coordinate with operations.

AAS or BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related
