ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. (ARORA) is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to lead the FLS design for water-based systems, fire alarm, and special hazard projects. Collaboration with architecture, structure, and external partners is essential to meet client needs and code compliance.

You will prepare precise technical documents, participate in site surveys, reviews, and RFIs, and contribute to project success with strong communication and QA/QC involvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fire protection design for water-based systems and standpipes.
• Familiarity with NFPA 13, 14, 20 and 24 and code intent.
• Knowledge of local building codes and fire protection requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Develop FLS designs in accordance with codes, standards, and project specs.
• Produce technically accurate documents for clients and QA/QC reviews.
• Coordinate Fire Protection designs with architecture, structure, and other systems.
• Conduct site surveys, submittals, RFIs, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
