Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a day-to-day supervisory role.
• Ten+ years maintaining or supervising building fire protection/life safety systems.
• Electrical license or electrical engineering degree preferred; related engineering education accepted.
• Must possess a valid driver license.
• Knowledge of building and life safety codes required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine SOPs for core work activities.
• Establish protocols for testing and inspection of life safety systems.
• Monitor work management data and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance on work scopes and lifecycle of life safety equipment.
• Develop SLAs and seek customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with safety officers to ensure compliance with NFPA, MEC, OSHA and related regulations.
• Recruit or manage staff and provide coaching and performance management.
• Oversee procurement relationships and inventory management for FSS items.
• Assist in annual financial planning and special projects.
