VSC Fire & Security in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking an Inspection Manager to lead the Inspections Department and oversee safety, scheduling, and client requirements. The role requires 7–10 years of inspections experience on fire sprinkler and integrated systems, plus licensure per state/local rules.

You will coordinate multiple projects, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff with a focus on quality and timely delivery of services to clients.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in inspections of fire sprinklers and integrated systems.
• Licensure per state and local requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating staff.
• Coordinate work across departments and multiple projects to meet deadlines and codes.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze personnel costs and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise the Inspections Department.
• Maintain Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per policy.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliverables and client records in the inspection system and billing.
• Assign and monitor inspection staff, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee safety and training programs for the department.
