Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery, with 8-10 years leading enterprise programs.
• Strong fintech, banking, capital markets, or trading platforms experience.
• Engineering consulting experience is required.
• Proven track record managing programs with tight regulatory deadlines.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional presentation and documentation skills (Google Slides/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple engineering squads for fintech/banking platforms.
• Drive architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage delivery under tight regulatory, security, and performance constraints.
• Lead stability reviews and post-incident deep dives with SRE/DevOps teams.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders; run executive reviews and roadmaps.
• Create high-quality client-facing decks and technical documents.
