Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Finance, or related field is required.
2+ years of cybersecurity, technology risk, information security, regulatory advisory, or related consulting/industry experience is required.
Experience with financial services or highly regulated environments is preferred.
Strong written communication, analytical, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead second-line cybersecurity assessments, program enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
Assess governance, policies, risk frameworks, metrics, and board reporting.
Advise clients on regulatory expectations (FFIEC, GLBA, NYDFS Part 500, SEC requirements) and risk management.
Provide cybersecurity expertise across IAM, data protection, cloud security, third-party risk, and incident response.
Support regulatory readiness, examinations, remediation efforts, and responses to findings.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to cybersecurity practice development.
