Job summary

Crowe seeks a Financial Services Cybersecurity Senior Consultant in the United States to join our second-line risk practice. The role focuses on regulatory readiness, cyber risk assessments, and governance across banks, insurers, and asset managers, with emphasis on AI risk and emerging technology threats.

You will collaborate with CISO stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client engagements and practice development in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, information security, regulatory advisory, or related consulting or industry roles.
• Experience with financial services clients or highly regulated environments.
• Understanding of second-line risk management, including risk assessment, oversight, issue management, governance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and financial services regulatory expectations.
• Strong analytical, project management, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity risks into clear business implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line cybersecurity and technology risk assessments and program enhancements.
• Advise on governance, risk and control frameworks, risk appetite, and reporting to executives and boards.
• Assist clients with regulatory readiness, examinations, and remediation efforts.
• Provide cybersecurity risk expertise across IAM, data protection, cloud security, third-party risk, and cyber resilience.
