Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager - FinOps to lead strategy, execution and evolution of FinOps products across cloud and enterprise platforms, bridging product, engineering and governance.

This senior IC will own cross-functional roadmaps, drive prioritization, and partner with engineering, finance, cloud operations and security to deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise product management, 3+ years in FinOps, and experience across AWS, Azure and GCP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' work experience that includes 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of direct product management experience in FinOps, including cloud cost visibility, optimization, forecasting, allocation, anomaly detection, or savings realization
• 3+ years of end-of-the-end product lifecycle management experience, from concept through launch, adoption, and end-of-life in an agile environment
• 3+ years of experience partnering across engineering, finance, cloud operations, architecture, and security to deliver product outcomes in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Drive FinOps product strategy and roadmaps across cloud platforms.
• Own complex cross-functional roadmaps and backlogs; balance short-term wins with long-term strategic investments.
• Define FinOps capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP, and future private cloud environments.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, finance, cloud operations, security and senior leadership to shape product direction.
• Translate stakeholder insights into measurable outcomes and ensure products solve operational and business problems.
• Develop frameworks and processes that improve prioritization, decision-making, and execution across the product organization
