Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial application support and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with user access management and reporting.
• Familiarity with FP&A planning software and IT controls (SOX/ITGC).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of key financial systems with focus on functionality, user support, and stability.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, and security groups for Oracle EPM Cloud and Planning.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting cycles, and environment maintenance.
• Support Concur configuration, policy management, and user roles.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide documentation and change-management support.
