The American Medical Association in Chicago offers a hybrid Sr. Financial Systems Analyst role on the Finance team.

You will provide administrative and functional maintenance for AMA’s financial applications, including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Concur, and other finance systems, focusing on process management, data integrity, and user support. You will collaborate with internal customers, IT resources, and external vendors to gather requirements, test changes, and help drive system

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years in finance business processes with a suite of financial applications including Infor/Lawson or similar ERP systems.
Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank settlement processes.
Ability to gather and document business requirements, assist with solution configuration/design, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Strong collaboration with IT and vendors.

Provide functional support for month-end closing activities and maintain data integrity across Finance systems.
Gather requirements and coordinate system enhancements or changes based on Finance needs.
Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
Document processes and train end users, supporting monthly closes.
