Service Corporation International in Louisiana is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to oversee the implementation, support and maintenance of our financial applications. You will collaborate with IT, F&A staff and vendor teams to ensure interfaces operate as designed and that IT controls are applied.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, audits, upgrades, reporting and process improvements, with a strong emphasis on SOX controls and timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a functional/technical/business analyst.
• Strong communication with all levels of management and end-users.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot financial applications and propose effective solutions.
• Be the primary contact for financial application support issues.
• Coordinate with end users, contractors and vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform audits and monitor controls to ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in upgrades, including testing and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve system stability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
• Build relationships with departments and stakeholders.
• Escalate obstacles to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Communicate project status as required and timely.
