Job summary

EY in New York, NY / McLean, VA seeks an Internal Audit professional to support co-sourcing, transformation, data analytics, and AI-enabled audit delivery across banking clients and fintechs. You’ll test controls, participate in quality reviews, and assist in ICFR and SOX readiness with senior teams.

The role emphasizes professional judgment, current industry dynamics, and collaboration with high-performing EY teams globally. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of related audit or applicable business experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Copilot or comparable generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Internal Audit co-sourcing and outsourcing.
• Internal Audit transformation.
• Data analytics and AI-enabled audit delivery, including use of generative AI and AI agents.
• 1st and 2nd line control testing.
• External quality assessment reviews.
• Assessments and diagnostics.
• ICFR, SOX readiness and optimization.
