TELUS Digital is seeking a Financial Services Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce transformations for banking, insurance, wealth management, and related areas. You will partner with executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals and drive governance, data architecture, security, and integration across Salesforce ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
3+ years serving as a Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role.
Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and related business processes.
Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with multiple clouds and complex data migrations.
Strong understanding of security, governance, and regulatory considerations in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Financial Services Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, including leadership, sponsors, and technology teams.
Facilitate discovery workshops to understand objectives, journeys, challenges, and compliance.
Develop scalable designs, data models, and roadmaps aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Architect FS Cloud solutions supporting onboarding, relationships, accounts, referrals, and client engagement.
Define enterprise data architecture, governance, security, and integration strategies across platforms.
Lead data migration strategy and ensure successful transitions from legacy systems.
Provide architectural oversight through design reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and PMs to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
Promote Salesforce capabilities including FS Cloud, Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Support pre-sales with estimates, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
Mentor consultants to promote architectural standards and practices.
