ICX Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant for a well respected organization in Jacksonville. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for carrying out financial reporting functions and identify areas of continued process improvements.

The role includes preparing quarterly and annual reports, assisting with earnings releases, and supporting SEC, MD&A, SOX 404, and GAAP disclosure checklists, with strong GAAP knowledge and CPA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years public accounting experience.
• CPA is required (or pursuing CPA).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly reports and annual reports (10-Q and 10-K) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in preparing annual earnings releases.
• Assist with the completion of SEC, MD&A, SOX 404, and GAAP disclosure checklists.
• Perform technical accounting research and analysis of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules and regulations that impact financial reporting.
