Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, preferably for a large-scale, luxury resort or in public accounting.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple entities.
• Account analysis, reconciliations, cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.
• Audit preparation, internal control maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for multiple entities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate reporting and compliance with debt covenants.
• Support annual audit and quarterly review coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding audits.
• Assist in federal and state filing requirements.
• Document processes and implement new controls as needed.
• Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
