Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including Big 4 or large-company audit experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and reporting experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Research complex or unusual transactions and prepare technical accounting memos.
