U.S. Xpress, a leading asset-based trucking company, seeks a Sr Financial Reporting Analyst to support long-range planning, monthly close, and financial analyses. You will compile and analyze data, prepare review packages for executives, and work with business units to refine reporting and drive accuracy.

Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential. Experience in finance/accounting and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to support planning and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of long-range plans to support growth and profitability.
• Conduct studies for management in financial and operational areas.
• Forecast, analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other financial data.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews for upper management.
