Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a service company that is looking to add a Financial Reporting Analyst in Plano. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will provide financial reporting and analysis to add value to the business.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company offering growth and quick upward mobility. The position is in-office only 3 days a week and offers great flexibility. The salary range is $100K-$110K+ bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement reporting from divisions, including project-level detailed reporting, variance analyses, month and YTD financial statements, and analytical reports.
2. Create financial data analysis to support parent company submission.
3. Work in the ERP system and book month-end journal entries as needed.
4. Create ad hoc reports for management.
5. Support interim and year-end external audits.
6. Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of financial reporting or Big 4 audit experience is preferred but not required.
• CPA (or eligible to sit for CPA) is a plus.
