Key Responsibilities
  • External Reporting
    • Prepare financial deliverables, including quarterly internal/external reports, board updates, audit committee briefings, investor presentations, Forms 10-Q/K, and Earnings Releases on Form8‑K.
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, SEC requirements, and other applicable standards.
    • Drive process improvements and champion AI tools and technologies within the accounting and reporting functions.
  • Internal Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly budget reports, including regional, global, and department‑specific budgets.
    • Develop and deliver ad‑hoc internal reporting deliverables and analyses at leadership request.
  • Compliance & Controls
    • Maintain SOX adherence and robust internal controls over financial reporting processes.
    • Facilitate internal and external audit support related to financial reporting activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA license is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 3‑4 years in public accounting (Big4 or similar tier) with a focus on SEC reporting. Experience in financial services or broker‑dealer environments, or in a corporate accounting/finance role, is a plus.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; strong technical research and documentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex reporting concepts to non‑technical stakeholders; advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation and Benefits

HoulihanLokey offers a competitive total compensation package that may include discretionary incentive compensation. The estimated salary range for this role at the time of posting is $110,000‑$130,000. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary.
