You will collaborate with accounting and finance teams, assist with cycles, ensure data accuracy, and respond to audit requests while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, audit, reporting, or analytical finance functions.
• Ability to evaluate financial information, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Public accounting experience is valued.
• CPA license or active pursuit of certification preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Compile reporting packages and schedules for evaluating operating performance.
• Investigate revenue, expense, and profitability fluctuations and identify business drivers.
• Generate accounting documentation and analyses for products and transactions.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting cycles with account review, reconciliations, and variance commentary.
• Collaborate across departments to gather information for reporting accuracy and insights.
• Maintain compliance with reporting controls and internal procedures.
• Provide audit support by organizing documentation and responding to requests.
• Participate in initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
