Acumen Health Holdings, a rapidly expanding Eye Health Solutions platform encompassing PRN Vision Group, EyePromise, Avenova, EyeEco, Doctors Advantage, and Cliradex brands, is seeking a proactive and strategic Regional Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about partnering with customers to enhance patient health outcomes through our comprehensive OTC Eye Health Solutions platform.

The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for supporting monthly close and reporting processes, preparing account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of the Company’s financial records. This role collaborates closely with the accounting and finance teams to provide technical support, assist in audit preparation, and deliver precise financial information for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform key period-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
2. Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations in line with close deadlines.
3. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packages.
4. Support the year-end financial statement audit, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
7. Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
8. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
