Tempur Sealy is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting, to lead accounting activities across AR & AP, cost accounting, and SEC reporting from Trinity, NC. You will ensure GAAP-compliant deliverables and assist management with financial analyses and close processes.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least 4 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Dynamics AX2012 preferred). CPA is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 4 years of related experience or training.
• CPA license preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Dynamics AX2012 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting activities in AR & AP, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and more.
• Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant final work products.
• Prepare SEC filings and internal/external reporting.
• Review and explain financial reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve objectives.
• Assist in leading the close reporting process to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
