Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, business administration, math or related field.
• Associate Degree in accounting or related field with two years of full-time financial record keeping experience.
• 62 semester hours including 15 in accounting or business or math with two years of related experience.
• High school diploma and four years of full-time, paid experience in responsible financial record keeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and review maintaining and checking a wide variety of financial records and reports.
• Oversee classification of receipts and expenditures and distribution of costs.
• Direct review, accuracy and verification of financial records, budgets, and reports.
• Compile, prepare and analyze complex financial and statistical records and reports.
• Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets and financial controls.
• Receive and record payments for bills, taxes and related obligations.
• Reconcile revenues with bank statements.
• Supervise preparation of purchase orders and bids from vendors.
• Conduct correspondence related to financial matters.
