Job summary

The Federal Reserve Board is seeking a Senior Financial Institution and Policy Analyst to design and conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses. You will lead projects for a Board, section or division and may liaison with domestic and international authorities.

You will prepare communications and deliver recommendations to stakeholders. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of six years in consumer compliance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Must have consumer compliance banking experience.
• Extensive knowledge of consumer banking laws and regulations and related practices.
• Knowledge of Federal Reserve consumer compliance programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality written work with limited direction.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of FRB mission and division goals.
• Prepare and deliver clear oral and written communications.
• Serve as liaison or representative in consultations with domestic and international authorities.
• Lead projects for sections, divisions, or system initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and mentor team members.
• Develop and present analyses of financial, regulatory, and compliance data.
