Overview: LPL’s Financial Planning Services team is seeking passionate, experienced, and highly motivated planning professionals to help drive financial planning adoption and impact amongst our affiliated enterprises. The Senior Financial Planning Consultant supports financial advisors and institutions in enhancing their financial planning practices through education, consulting, and plan development. This role contributes to the broader strategy of increasing financial planning adoption and implementation across the firm. As part of the Financial Planning Services team within the Wealth Planning organization, the Senior Consultant collaborates with peers and leadership to deliver impactful advisor support and drive client outcomes.

$74,100-$123,500/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
