American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a finance professional to analyze the company’s financial position, maintain forecasting models, and deliver board-ready analyses. You will guide senior leaders, collaborate with division controllers and planning teams, and prepare earnings materials for senior management.

A Bachelor’s in Finance or Economics with 3+ years of experience is required; an MBA is preferred. Airline industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics with 3+ years in corporate finance or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis experience.
• MBA is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance to senior executives and the Board on financial performance and near-term outlook.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting models to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with Division Controllers and Commercial Planning to maintain forecast accuracy.
• Prepare detailed cause-and-effect analyses on complex financial matters.
• Coordinate with various groups to understand business unit impacts on the bottom line.
• Assemble Board packages justifying major projects and financial forecasts.
• Act as a consultant to other groups within the company.
• Provide reports reviewed by CFO and other executives.
• Prepare materials for earnings calls and Board meetings.
