We’re seeking a highly motivated FP&A Lead Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis and Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across multiple client campaigns. We're looking for a dynamic, analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Lead Analyst will collaborate across departments—finance, accounting, sales, and executive leadership—while also engaging externally with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, financial rigor, and strong communication skills to influence both internal and external decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end financial and operational oversight of multiple client campaigns—analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing profitability.
• Synthesize large and complex datasets into clear reports and actionable insights; validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients—reviewing campaign success, delivering performance updates, identifying areas of improvement, and resolving data discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Establish financial targets and performance metrics aligned with both company and client objectives.
• Build dynamic financial models, including pro forma P&Ls, compensation structures, and scenario forecasting.
• Monitor and enhance processes around commission structure, validation, and reporting.
• Continuously evaluate systems and workflows to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau (including calculated fields and Level of Detail [LOD] expressions).
• Demonstrated success managing complex data and large-scale analytics initiatives.
• Experience translating financial data into compelling narratives for executive and client audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a drive for process improvement and continuous learning.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented approach.
