Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

• Location: Irvine, south of the Irvine Spectrum
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

• Compensation: $100K-$110K plus bonus (~$10-$15K/year)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst.

This role involves strategic analysis and financial planning to support organizational goals. The successful candidate will provide financial insights, promote transparency, and deliver results. It is a permanent position with competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyze budgets, forecasts, and operating results; ensure data accuracy
• Assist CFO with variance analysis and KPI inquiries
• Maintain financial databases and prepare management commentary
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects
• Recommend cost-saving strategies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate performance reports for senior management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, KPI analysis
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field
• MBA preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial data
• Proficiency in Excel and other PC software
