Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry-specific experience; Series 7 and 66 licenses within 6 months; insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High Net Worth team and coordinate with home office experts to deliver holistic financial plans.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to build relationships with HNW clients and drive growth metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences and present customized financial planning solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee training, coaching, and performance of the HNW team.
• Act as subject matter expert on advanced financial planning topics and related regulations.
