Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of financial planning experience with direct client-facing work.
• CFP designation preferred; Series 65 required within four months of hire.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and present comprehensive financial plans while managing a growing client roster.
• Serve as first and second chair on client engagements, leading when transitioning relationships.
• Drive business development: attend events, build referral relationships, expand firm presence.
• Act as a thought partner on growth strategy and work with the team to scale the practice.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values transparency and accountability.
