Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, or an RIA environment, with meaningful client-facing responsibility.
• Strong planning fluency and ability to connect retirement, tax, estate, insurance, cash flow, investment, and business-owner considerations.
• Confident client communication, trust-building, and ability to translate analysis into decisions.
• Operational discipline: organized, accurate, responsive, and focused on follow-through.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn and improve advisory workflows.
• Series 65 designation or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive planning, gather data, model alternatives, and turn recommendations into clear priorities.
• Drive the client experience by preparing for meetings, communicating ideas clearly, and ensuring follow-through.
• Coordinate across investment, tax, estate, insurance, and business advisory professionals.
• Manage relationships with judgment, anticipate needs, and navigate complex financial decisions.
• Raise the standard by improving planning workflows, templates, documentation, and service practices.
• Contribute beyond the job description, bring ideas, and help build the next version of Boyum Wealth Architects.
