The North Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking a Senior Fiscal Manager to lead the financial operations of the Workforce Solutions North Central Texas (WSNCT). The role includes directing accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to executives and the board.

Responsibilities cover cash management, internal controls, external audit coordination, and strategic financial guidance within a public-sector framework. In-office presence is required most days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting within a public sector or government context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the WSNCT and supervise accounting staff.
• Coordinate development of the WSNCT budget totaling approximately $140 million.
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and reports for executives and the board.
