Responsibilities

• You will serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization.
• You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
• You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
• You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
• You will conduct management evaluation of issues of financial consequence raised in audit reports, budget reviews, etc. and recommend alternatives for corrective action.
• You will distribute and balance workload among employees considering skill level or specialization, timeframes for completion, and priorities.
• You will train or arrange for training of employees in team work and/or specific technical training as necessary.
