Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis across FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, and Controller functions.
• Establish budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, workforce planning, risk and opportunity assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Consolidate data from multiple financial systems into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for internal and external customers, including government cost and schedule EVMS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and controls; support proposals, basis of estimate, and negotiations as required.
