Qualifications

• Experience managing travel-related budgets and financial operations, including budget execution and expenditure analysis.
• Oversee financial compliance and ensure integrity of financial transactions and records.
• Significant experience with travel obligations reconciliation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform comprehensive financial management analysis across budget formulation, justification, and execution.
• Direct staff in developing and refining complex budget estimates and financial plans.
• Evaluate financial impact of programmatic decisions and monitor obligations for risks or variances.
• Conduct complex financial and program analyses to assess costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives for organizational programs.
• Resolve the most complex issues arising from conflicting program and financial data and guide subordinates on challenging tasks.
• Support internal and external audits by reconciling financial data and documenting funds control processes.
