About You

Basic Qualifications (P4):

1. 5 years of IT implementation experience.
2. 5 years of functional experience in Financials within Workday.
3. 2 years of software consulting experience.

Basic Qualifications (P3):

1. 3 years of IT implementation experience.
2. 3 years of functional experience in Financials within Workday.
3. 1 year of software consulting experience.

Other Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation.
2. Certification or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and deploy the solution effectively.
3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related experience.
4. Understanding of Financial ERP systems and processes, with the ability to learn Workday concepts and new features.
5. Experience collaborating with senior leaders both internally and externally.
6. Ability to lead and influence design meetings for effective outcomes.
7. Proven ability to deliver results while managing project plans.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Capacity to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
