Job summary

The Lead Financial Business Analyst at Crunchyroll will drive the intersection of Finance and Data, delivering data governance, quality improvements, and accurate reporting under IFRS standards and SOX compliance. Collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Data Engineering, you will design scalable data solutions, strengthen internal controls, and enable trusted financial insights across the organization.

You will own data models, pipelines, and monitoring processes to ensure audit readiness

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis focused on financial data.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS reporting and its impact on financial data structures.
• Hands-on experience designing, operating, and testing SOX controls related to financial data processes.
• Ability to translate complex finance requirements into data models, business rules, and system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of Finance and Data to improve data quality, governance, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Data Engineering to design scalable data solutions aligned with IFRS and SOX requirements.
• Maintain data integrity between contracts, royalty statements, and content accounting systems.
• Design, document, and evaluate SOX controls related to financial data flows; support control testing and remediation.
