Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Series 66 (63/65) certification will be required during tenure.
• Life & Health Insurance license will be required during tenure.
• CFP certification is a plus and encouraged with tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining consistent sales activity to grow the book of business.
• Discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and long-term strategies with clients to meet personal goals.
• Provide outstanding investor experience and support professional development within Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to guide clients toward their goals and progress their financial plans.
